We hope that you are completely satisfied with your new purchase. In the event that you are not, we will gladly except Returns/Exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is always the full responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund any Shipping&Handling charges for any reason, unless an error was made on our behalf i.e. we shipped you the wrong item. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt, items must be in new condition and in original packaging with all original tags attached. This means, we will not except any Returns/Exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, smell like perfume or smoke, marked by makeup/deodorant, damaged by the buyer or tampered with in any way.

Items that show defect from wear and tear or neglect from the buyer, will not be accepted for Return/Exchange. All Returns/Exchanges are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline any Returns/Exchanges that do not meet our policy. 

To insure proper hygiene protocol; Earrings, Hats and Hair Accessories are "Final sale"

Purchases made in person at Local Events, Art/Craft Fairs, Fashion Shows Festivals etc. are “Final Sale” 

Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for Return/Exchange. 

Discount Codes used on purchases are not reapplied on Returns/Exchanges unless it's an exchange for the exact same item/style/color. Additional S&H charges will apply and are 100% the responsibility of the buyer. 

How to Process your Return/Exchange:

Prior to sending back your items, send us an email at info@sayira.com including the following information 

  1. Email Subject: Sayira Return/Exchange
  2. Full Name
  3. Address
  4. Order Number
  5. Reason for Return/Exchange
  6. Items being sent back
  7. New items you'd like your purchase exchanged for. (Include Size/Color)


We will reply within 24 business hours with instructions on your return. 

Please allow 24-48 business hours for your return/exchange to be processed upon receipt. Timing on full refunds may vary depending on your bank, but in most cases are complete within 3-7 business days. 

Any Returns/Exchanges that do not meet our Policy will not be processed and returned to the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply at the buyers expense.
